Terms of services

By wanting to commission me - ShiLuffi Works, you must agree with my terms of services.

These are here to set up some rules, answer some questions you might have and protect both sides of the party.

I recommend reading through this page carefully. After sending any amount of money, you are expected to have read through this document and agree to obey these rules and regulations. No exceptions at all.

I reserve the right to update my TOS and prices at any time.

Quality disclaimer and warranty:

● Please bare in mind while I always make sure to make the best product I can,

I am not a machine, meaning there might be some symmetry imperfections on your suit. Defects are considered to be popped seams, rips, wrong fabrics or fit issues affecting the wearer's comfort (excluding issues created by wrong measurements provided by the customer or badly done DTD).

● Please report any of these issues as soon as possible after the arrival

of your suit.

● Free repair warranty is available for 90 days after the suit's arrival.

● If the suit is needing to be send back to me, you pay for the shipping, I'll then repair. the suit for free, pay for the shipping from my side and send it back to you.

● Make sure to wash the suit before sending it back if you've been using it.

● Warranty is voided if there has been edits done to the product by you or others.

● Refurbs are not included in the 90-day warranty.

General:

● I have the right to cancel your commission if you break or don't follow my TOS.

● By breaking my TOS, you'll not be able to get any further services from me.

● I reserve the right to deny customer service for any reason. I am not obliged to disclose said reason for rejection / cancellation to the customer.

Reasons of rejection / cancellation include but not limited to:

bad, rude or threatening communication
harassment
haggling about my prices
history of illegal actions and interests
support of zoophilia, pedophilia, homophobia, transphobia, racism, etc.
your character is offensive or depicts hate symbolism / controversial topics
history of being rude to other makers / artists
failure to send payments on time
constant spam of messages

Communication

● You can contact me through any of my socials, preferably Telegram or Instagram for faster reply.

● If I don't reply to your message in 48 hours (usually because I sometimes don't get notified on some socials for new messages), you can send a new message or contact me through different social site.

● Communication should stay on somewhat professional level. I'm obviously okay if you react to stuff with stickers, keysmash because of excitement or other, but keep your responses somewhat understandable and clear when discussing about important stuff.

Requirements and ordering process

● You have to be over 18 years old to be able to commission me. If necessary, I can ask for your ID for confirmation. If you are not over 18, your legal guardian must make the purchase for you.

● You can ask for quote even when under 18 years old, but the purchase must be done after being 18+ or with the legal guardian.

● When discussing about your commission, let me know about all the details and ideas you have in mind for your suit.

● A quote (estimate price of your commission) will be calculated based on your requirements, fursona's design, complexity and extras you want to order.

● Quotes are valid for 3 months. After the time passes, you'll have to ask for a new one.

● Quotes are open at all times and are for free.

● Commissions are ''usually'' not first come, first served. The decision of being chosen at next openings depends mostly of the number of people being interested in commissioning, design of your character or how soon can you pay up for your commission.

● I will need a high-quality preferably unshaded reference sheet of your character, minimally with front and back view on the character itself (this excludes artistic freedom commissions or adopted fursuit designs).

● Make sure your reference sheet is accurate and up to date to avoid any misunderstanding or changes needed to be done on the suit.

● I accept both safe for work and not safe for work reference sheets, but I'd prefer you censoring any genitalia being shown.

● If you've been chosen and accept the quote price, you'll have two weeks to send the first payment. After that you'll be officially added to my queue list.

● Furs and materials will be chosen based on your design and send for approval. Keep in mind not all colors are available in fabric colors, but I'll try my best to match it with your character's color.

● Any needed measurements will be asked from you during the process of making your suit.

● If you commissioned a bodysuit from me, I'll need a proper duct tape dummy (DTD) shipped from you. It is crucial to make sure your DTD is properly made, ensuring your new bodysuit will fit you perfectly.

● I will not make bodysuits without DTD. I don't take responsibility in improperly fitted bodysuits caused by badly made DTD.

● Make sure to mark down where your elbows and knees are on the DTD.

● Tape your DTD back up completely and write the name of your fursona on the front before sending it to me.

Materials, patterns and bases

● I buy HQ materials from reliable sources.

● I usually do not accept materials bought and send by you or others.

● I can use other maker's patterns if they have them available for public use or sale.

● I will not mimic other maker's style. You are commissioning me for my style only.

● If asked, I can buy and use HQ bases bought from other makers. The cost of the base and shipping will affect the quote price however.

● I can work with foam, 3D printed or resin bases. I am also able to work with

moving jaws.

● I cannot make moving jaws on bases done by me. If you want a head with moving jaw, choose a 3D printed or resin base for the project.

● I will not accept bases made or bought by you or others.

● I do not own an airbrush. I am not able to do proper gradients on materials. Small detailing can be drybrushed with acrylic paint.

Work in progress

● I will send photos of the progress periodically.

● Do not spam me about updates. When there will be something new to show you,

I'll send it to you.

● I will occasionally contact you for things that need to be approved before starting. Make sure to keep your eyes out on messages and reply to me as soon as possible.

Edits and changes

● Make sure to point out any edits and adjustments that needs to be done during the process of your commission.

● Small changes on the design can be done before starting on your commission.

● Changes on the design done after the start on your commission will need to be charged with a fee.

Turn around time

● Since this is not my full-time job, the construction process can take from months to even a year in some cases, depending on how many people are before you in the queue list, complexity of your commission or any unpredicted life situations on my end. I will always update customers about any possible delays.

● I do not work with deadlines. You can ask to have your commission finished before certain date but I cannot guarantee to fulfil it.

● I do not accept rush fees.

The turn around time can get delayed with:

payment delays
not sending your measurements or DTD in a timely fashion
not getting response from you when I need your approval
changes on the design during the process of making your commission

Payments and refunds

● Please make sure you have the interest and budget in getting a commission.

● Payments can be made through bank transfer, Revolut or PayPal.

● Payments through PayPal will have an extra 3% fee added to the total payment.

● I require a 30% of total cost to be send in the first two weeks after getting accepted as the first payment to ensure your spot in my queue list and cover material costs. This 30% payment is also non-refundable under any circumstances. If the payment is not made in the first two weeks, another project will be chosen.

● Full upfront payments are preferred but payment plans are also available. They need to be discussed beforehand. Preferably, payments need to be send monthly.

● If you need to, you can delay your payments but you have to let me know beforehand. Any delayed payment for more than three weeks without communication can get you charged with a fee or get your commission completely cancelled without a refund. Make sure to always communicate with me so we can work things out if needed.

● Your commission with shipping needs to be fully paid off before being send to you.

● The 30% down payment is non-refundable even if I did not start working on your commission.

● If you ask for a refund before your commission is being started, you'll be getting the already paid amount back besides the 30% downpayment. Any refunds made during the process of your commission will be counted based on how much of work has been done on your commission.

● You won't get refunded after not communicating and disappearing for no reason.

● You won't get refunded for mistakes made on your end (wrong measurements, badly made DTD).

● You won't get refunded with me canceling your commission for being aggressive or harassing out of the sudden.

● Commissions that are nearly finished (about 80% of being finished) cannot get refunded.

● No refunds are accepted after your commission being fully finished.

● If you've got refunded and the fursuit was in the process, it will be remade to reflect a new character and sold as a premade. I won't be sending you the unfinished fursuit or the materials bought for your commission.

Shipping

● Shipping is not included in the quote price and will be calculated separately.

● Keep in mind I'm shipping from Czech republic so it can get costly to ship into other countries (EU countries from around 10 eur to 40 eur +, US and other countries usually from 50 eur +).

● I can ship with Czech postal service (Česká pošta) or with Packeta (Zásilkovna).

● All customers receive tracking number upon shipment.

● Customer pays for all the extra fees that can come up with the package.

● After a package leaves my hands, I cannot affect if it gets damaged or lost during the transport. Please contact postal carriers the package is being delivered with for more info, if there are any problems. I am also willing to work with you to find a solution in this situation.

● If agreed in advance, I can deliver your commission in person to certain conventions I'm also attending.

Allergies

● Let me know if you have any allergies beforehand.

● I live in a house with a dog and rodents. As much as I try, they sometimes get in contact with the materials I use. If you are allergic to animal fur, decide for yourself if you want to work with me for you own safety or choose another maker.

Publicity

● All commissions are put up on my public queue list. Let me know if you want me to keep your commission as a secret project.

● I post work in progress photos in my socials, again let me know if you don't want to be tagged or mentioned to keep your commission in secret.

● Finished products are always put in my portfolio and posted publicly for

self-promotion. You can ask me to wait before posting yours (for example if your commission is a gift for someone) or to post it without tagging or mentioning you.

NSFW / Adult suits

● If your suit is used for adult activities, the 90-day free repair warranty gets invalid. I only repair suits used for SFW activities.

● I do not mind at all for what you use your suit for, but please be honest about it and do not ask for free repairs.

● I do offer SPH (specifically placed holes), feel free to ask for them.

● I am open in trying to make attachments for your suit (cannot be based of feral animals). I do not have any experience with making them however.

Safety

● Buyers must understand that fursuits gets hot, can be claustrophobic and have worse vision than your normal eye sight.

● I am not responsible for any injuries that might occur while fursuiting.

● Stay safe while fursuiting! Take regular breaks, drink a lot of water and have a handler with you while fursuiting.
